Set Read Status

The Set Read Status action allows setting a ticket to either read or unread. Using this action, you can override the read status of a ticket.

The following settings can be made:

  • Ticket ID: the ID of the ticket to update. This is a placeholder by default.
  • Read Status: the new read status of the ticket: Read or Unread

Note: This action will only update the read status for supporter users, not for end users.

Note: Using the placeholder {Ticket ID} is recommended and can be provided by a trigger, newly created ticket using a Quick Ticket, or series task. If there are multiple ticket IDs, the action will be applied to each of these tickets.
