Add Result as Attachment

The action Add Result As Attachment adds any resulting files from the task as one or more attachments to a ticket. The field Ticket-ID can be provided by a trigger or a series and is required to be set:

  • Ticket ID: the ID of the ticket to add the attachment(s) to

Note: Using the placeholder {Ticket ID} is recommended and can be provided by a trigger or series task.

Example

Tickets are relevant for billing and should be provided with the report for billing before they are closed. For this purpose, a new action Create billing with associated status can be created.

In the Taskplanner, a task is now created with a trigger on changes to a ticket and the status Create billing is selected as a condition. As a job, the corresponding report is rendered as a PDF and the action Add result as attachment is added.
