Quick Ticket Folders

Folders for Quick Tickets allow to create a hierarchical structure, which is useful when many Quick-Tickets are being used. Folders can be set up with restricted permissions to allow access to certain users only. Permissions are always additive, meaning that a sub-folder can not provide access to more users than the parent folder.

Sharing

There are three distinct sharing options available:

  • Not shared - no one can use the Quick Tickets during ticket creation, but the Quick Tickets are available to the Task Planner
  • Shared for all users - every user with access to ticket creation can use Quick Tickets in this folder
  • Custom - selected users and groups can use Quick Tickets in this folder

Note: only users with the Users and Groups permission can use the Custom sharing options.
