i-net HelpDesk Notifications

The supporters of a resource can be informed about new tickets in the iOS mobile app. For this purpose, the INETAPP sends push notifications. The following requirements must be met:

  • In the definition dialog for resources Resources, the checkbox Systray popup has been activated for the resource in question.
    • Users and Groups > Resources > General > Notifications
  • The supporter is a member of this resource.
  • The mobile app must be version 2.0 (or higher).
  • The supporter must have agreed to receive push notifications in the app.
