Search (Documents)

The search panel provides a full text search for the compared documents. It's available when the comparison has finished and will search in all selectable text elements. The text in images cannot be searched unless the text recognition filter was used for the comparison.

  The text to find has to be entered into the search text field. Press the return key to start the search. The text field will show the number of matched words when the search has finished.
• The 'next' button will selected the next occurrence.
• The 'previous' button will selected the previous occurrence.
• This button will toggle which documents are searched: the first one, the second one or both. By default both documents will be searched.
