Comparisons

Every user of the i-net PDFC Server can create comparisons within the set quotas and store them on the hard disk of the server. For systems with low disk space, this can quickly reach a relevant data volume.

Old or very large comparisons can be deleted to free up the space required to maintain the server. If old comparisons or comparisons are to be removed within a period of time, a date range can be specified using the "Last change" slider. If particularly large comparisons are deleted, this is possible via the slider "occupied hard disk space". By default, shared comparisons are not taken into account because they can be used by many users. If you want to enable shared comparisons, enable the option. All filter settings of the surface are additive.

Important: Deleting comparisons can not be undone.

Low Disk Space

When the disk space is low, the server will send a warning notification to all administrators in the web application. The disk space is considered as low when it's less than the amount of RAM available to the server process. i-net PDFC requires sufficient swapping space in the temporary folder as well as the program data folder.

If the issue is caused by the program data folder, please consider to clean up the comparisons, otherwise please clear the temporary folder.

Important: Deleting comparisons by an external tool will require a restart of the server to synchronize the user quotas.
