Create Knowledge Base Entry

The Task Planner Action Create Knowledge Base Entry allows the automatic creation of a Knowledge Base entry with all required fields:

  • Ticket Reference: Which Ticket should be referred to in the article
  • Title: The title of the article
  • Category: The article category
  • Language: In which language is this article written
  • Publishing: Whether to publish this article. If publishing to a location is selected, the location must be set too.
  • Location: Must be set if the publishing type is set to Location
  • Problem: The decription of the problem that this entry solves
  • Solution: The solution of this problem
