The maintenance of Meeting Rooms allows administrators to find and remove orphaned meeting rooms. Also the overview of rooms with actively logged in external users is possible here.
All meeting rooms created in the INETAPP server are displayed. The list contains the name and the description of a room, as well as its members. Next to the members a note is optionally displayed, e.g. Room-Admin or External User.
Users of the INETAPP server with the permission "Create Meeting Rooms" can join and close rooms in the maintenance application. Both options are located in the corresponding menu of the room.
