There are several options to limit the size of single comparisons or server quota for a user.
Note: This panel is available for user settings only. Every user can define the Maximum number of differences to show since it impacts the browsers performance. All other options are limited to users with access to the Users and Groups manager.
Limits the number of differences to be displayed in the web interface. It does not affect the comparison itself. Every user can change this value individually as it is primarily intended to reduce performance bottlenecks of the web browsers.
Limits the number of comparisons a user is allowed to store on the server. Negative values will be interpreted as Unlimited
. If the limit is set for a user, it overrides the values set by group settings (either specific ones or the All Users
group). If left empty, the highest amount available by any assigned group will be used.
This quota value limits the total amount of disk space for comparisons the user is allowed to use up. Negative values will be interpreted as Unlimited
